The city of Pune has recently achieved the distinction of the only city in the state of Maharashtra that has no power cuts. Deccan Herald's Anshul Dhamija caught up with the Managing Director of Generator Technologies and former chief of the Confederation of Indian Industry's Pune Chapter, Mr Pradeep Bhargava, who led a private-public initiative that helped the city of Pune overcome its crippling power shortage.
