How To Improve Internal Roads & Reduce Pollution In Pune?

It's nice to be part of the growing Committee, specially with one of the Great Member of a political party. I will introduce myself later.
Sir, how can the situation of the Internal roads of Pune, which not good, be improved? First, instead of increasing the length of the roads, why dont we concentrate in giving good roads to the public. This will increase the pace of the vehicles and reduce pollution. Second, What steps are being taken for avoiding polluted vehicles to ply on public roads? Take the e.g of California-US... I am presently there and amazed to see the infrastructure and pollution control. There is not a single vehicle with smog!!! Why cant we even have a lesser percentage, if not zero in Pune... Anyways, Please let us know the plans PMC have taken for giving good quality roads and the time frame PMC wishes to compelete those. Believe Me...You give us this infrastructure and we will give you the support you require...(Member of the new generation)...
